If I had that appointment with the travel nurse before booking tickets to Thailand I don’t think I ever would have booked them. Two hours and a 32 - page document of everything we needed to be aware of and prepared for plus the list of shots needed. Ugh. Not much I dislike more than shots. Fortunately, the kids and I were all up to date and only needed the typhoid. Bill was not so lucky, somehow slipping through the cracks on his Hepatitis shots, so he needed two of those one for typhoid. We were all home for 3 days together after Bill and Zach’s KY trip and our time in Reno/Tahoe, so we squeezed in 4 Kaiser appointments and got all our shots.

The 2 - page list of medication needed will have to wait. No time to deal with that before we head out to Boston. Let’s just hope no one gets bit by a monkey, dog or bat - yes, that is in the 32 - page doc. I am definitely not prepared for that - mentally or with medication.
