September Celebrations

September celebrations before we head off. . .

As we tie up loose ends here in California, the excitement is building. My parents return mid-September so that is our departure date. They have been kind enough to let us live here the last 3 months while there are in Switzerland. A few fun celebrations before Bill and Zach are off to Kentucky and Melina is off on a girl scout survivor adventure.

We headed to Sausalito to celebrate the fabulous Jackie K. Her 50th was such a fun night and so glad we were here to celebrate with her. The September celebrations continued with the Wig Out event in Sonoma, a fundraiser for the Sonoma Cancer Center my dear friend Lani helped organize for people dealing with cancer. Such a great organization and so glad we were here to offer our support and share an evening with so many wonderful people who supported me.

I’ll finish off the month with a trip to Reno/Tahoe where I will pick up Zach and Bill from the Reno airport and we’ll spend a week up there before reuniting as a family and starting our trip together. Our 16th wedding anniversary is September 27th so hopefully we’ll have a moment to celebrate us.
